The fourteen services are: branded progressive web apps, purpose-driven website optimization, generative engine optimization, social media management, targeted campaigns, review management and collection, Google Business Profile and local search optimization, multi-content formats, community engagement posts, family satisfaction surveys, branded educational guides, best practices and training, how-to guides for staff, and customer support that actually answers. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no contracts.

You can have either on its own, or bundle both and save.

Harbor is $300 per month per location — unlimited cases, with no per-case fees, no contracts, and cancel anytime. A one-time data import is priced to your firm's size, starting at $750. Prefer everything together? The Complete Engagement + Harbor bundle is $500 per month — $575 separately, so you save $75 a month ($900 a year) — with the engagement setup waived.

We already use another management system — can you move our data?

Yes. Onboarding includes a full data import — we bring your history over and reconcile it to the penny, so you are not starting from a blank screen. Most independent firms are live in days, not weeks, and there are no contracts holding you to your old system.

Is Harbor FTC Funeral Rule compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. General price lists and itemized statements of goods and services are generated automatically from the arrangement to meet FTC requirements, and they stay aligned to the Rule as it changes, so compliance is the default rather than another thing on your checklist.

Can families plan online with Harbor?

Yes. Harbor includes a family portal branded to your funeral home — never to Harbor. Families review the arrangement, share an obituary draft, e-sign, and pay through one secure link, on their own time, with no app to download.
